Shipping Address
The shipping address you enter at checkout is the address your order will be delivered to. We do not modify or redirect shipments after an order is placed.
You can send your order as a gift to anyone — a friend, your mom, or a loved one. Simply enter their address at checkout and we will ship directly to them. The package does not include any invoice or pricing information, so it is perfect as a gift.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (United States)
Standard shipping: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
International
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors. If it is still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shoplevely.com/pages/contact — we may be able to correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
